I really like to offer these to my clients for their children or to use for their last names.It is ONE template and you just change the color and letter, save each letter separately, then print them separately as 5x7's.  You can have them mounted on the bevel mount from Bay Photo.com, and just place them on a shelf or print them as a long 10x20 (depending on how long the name is).

The next thing I reviewed were these rounded corner templates from the 20x10 Storyboard - Photoshop PSD Templates - No 439 - Rounded Corners Set.  I love these both for blogging and printing.  They are the perfect size resolution for just plopping my image in and not having to resize too much.  I think they are beautifully done and I can't wait to make more with them for my blog from this session.  VERY easy to use, and again, making my life easier.

FREE School Portraits Marketing Template!

I do not like the pictures my kids come home with from school, does anyone EVER get a good one??  We need to put a stop to these horrible school pictures!!  Who is with me?

This is my idea:

At the beginning of the school year I will be throwing a Back to School Party!

Everyone comes and brings their kids for School Portraits and a treat to share.

I set up a cute scene with an old school desk, old books, chalkboard, apples etc...

We have fun taking some GOOD pictures of their kids, and enjoy each others company in the mean time!

Anyway, I wanted to share a little Template I made for advertising School Portraits!

Photo Contest!

I am loving summer this year.  It is usually over 105 degrees here but it has been a very mild summer.  We are having fun watching the thunderstorms roll by, playing at the splash pads, playing with the hose at our house (wish we had a pool) and baking in the kitchen.  Summer is a time where I am not working (because I teach preschool too!) so we enjoy our time together.

I would really like to capture those moments with my camera this year.  SO in the spirit of Summer, I am hosting a "What Summer Means to Me" Photo Contest!  Download the template here and take pictures this week of the things you do alone, with friends, with family, or just images of summer around you (like flowers, landscapes etc.)  The images MUST be taken new this week!  It's a photo challenge, so be creative!

Most Importantly... BE CREATIVE!  I don't just want images of your kids jumping into the pool (although those would be okay) I want you on your stomach on the ground taking a picture of them jumping!  Get at all different angles, think of new and exciting way's to take pictures!  You will be judged on your creativity!

1. drop your favorite images into the collage
2. customize the border color to match your images (the cute little square in the middle is for your logo, I know, I thought of everything, sigh!)

FREEBIE FRIDAY! Christmas in July!

It's Friday, and you know what that means~  FREEBIE FRIDAY!I thought it appropriate to make a Christmas Template today since everyone starts thinking about Christmas in July, so here you go, a creative word art template that can be used as a wall display in a long print like a 10x20 or 5x10.  Or you can use it on Christmas Cards or blogs!  Have fun with this one!  Here are my samples of it... Here is my first sample with pictures of my kids.  These work much better if you have a landscape picture, mine weren't so I had to clone some of the image over in the R's.  I added background paper and a black border.

Here is my second sample.  I took these silhouette images of my neighbors and though it would be cute in the letters. 

Here is how it will look when you download it... It would also be cool just to add different digital scrapbooking papers into the letters too!  I would love to see what you do with it, so go and load it to my facebook page when you are done :)

Freebie Friday!!

I thought since I gave you a marketing freebie last week for headshots, that I would give you this 8x10" headshot collage to use for printing those awesome pics you will be taking!  I used this collage for an beautiful dancer (and all her friends) that danced on "Live to Dance".  They used some different collages I made and the pics I took to give to the show's producers.  They loved them!  I'm so proud!  ;)  ( I changed her name for safety purposes)

The font used for her first name is: Felix Titling

The font used for her last name is: Kunstler Script

You can search for those through google and download them if you don't already have them.  If you don't know how to load fonts into photoshop, google or you tube it :)
