Freebie Friday! {Letter/ Photo Wall Art}

I really like to offer these to my clients for their children or to use for their last names.It is ONE template and you just change the color and letter, save each letter separately, then print them separately as 5x7's.  You can have them mounted on the bevel mount from Bay Photo.com, and just place them on a shelf or print them as a long 10x20 (depending on how long the name is).

The next thing I reviewed were these rounded corner templates from the 20x10 Storyboard - Photoshop PSD Templates - No 439 - Rounded Corners Set.  I love these both for blogging and printing.  They are the perfect size resolution for just plopping my image in and not having to resize too much.  I think they are beautifully done and I can't wait to make more with them for my blog from this session.  VERY easy to use, and again, making my life easier.

Senior Sessions are so much fun, but they require a lot of editing and time putting together templates, announcements, invitiations, and rep cards.  Why not save some time and purchase these ready to use templates?  I think it's especially hard to find good ones for boys, but I really like these rep cards from Glorious Memory.  Just place your pictures in and change the text and your done.  These are used to hand out to friends or to put in yearbooks at the end of the year.  These also can be used for advertising your business if you add your info too.

Hello Everyone!First of all, thank you for being here.  I am glad to know that people are reading and using my blog.  I put A LOT of work into it, and I love to see how you use my freebies, so be sure to share them on our facebook page.
Today's freebie is a texture from the Little Gems Design Blog's "Use it Up" family.It's a transparent .png file so you just place it onto your image and play with the different blending modes and opacity to get the effect you desire.

Here is a before and after shot...before

after...I added the png texture twice at 100% as an Overlay Blending Mode, then erased on her upper body and face.

FREEBIE FRIDAY! Christmas in July!

It's Friday, and you know what that means~  FREEBIE FRIDAY!I thought it appropriate to make a Christmas Template today since everyone starts thinking about Christmas in July, so here you go, a creative word art template that can be used as a wall display in a long print like a 10x20 or 5x10.  Or you can use it on Christmas Cards or blogs!  Have fun with this one!  Here are my samples of it... Here is my first sample with pictures of my kids.  These work much better if you have a landscape picture, mine weren't so I had to clone some of the image over in the R's.  I added background paper and a black border.

Here is my second sample.  I took these silhouette images of my neighbors and though it would be cute in the letters. 

Here is how it will look when you download it... It would also be cool just to add different digital scrapbooking papers into the letters too!  I would love to see what you do with it, so go and load it to my facebook page when you are done :)

I know it's a day late, but I was busy with family in town and a Family Reunion Photoshoot yesterday!!   Lots of fun, but busy busy busy!

This week's freebies are two of my own favorite photoshop actions!  Defog and Chocolate.

Defog just sharpens up and creates more detail in your image and chocolate, well, it makes your picture good enough to eat!!

Here are some samples:

Have fun playing with them, oh and you can change the type of desaturation in the chocolate action if you would like, I like to use Bitchin' Black and White from TRA!

I thought since I gave you a marketing freebie last week for headshots, that I would give you this 8x10" headshot collage to use for printing those awesome pics you will be taking!  I used this collage for an beautiful dancer (and all her friends) that danced on "Live to Dance".  They used some different collages I made and the pics I took to give to the show's producers.  They loved them!  I'm so proud!  ;)  ( I changed her name for safety purposes)

The font used for her first name is: Felix Titling

The font used for her last name is: Kunstler Script

You can search for those through google and download them if you don't already have them.  If you don't know how to load fonts into photoshop, google or you tube it :)
