You must know how to select the Image layer (right click the layer and choose select all)  then go to your image and hit ctrl+a to select all and then ctrl+c to copy it.  Then go back to your announcement and hit shift+ctrl+v to paste into the image window.  Then hit ctrl+t to transform the image to fit in the window.  MAKE SURE TO HOLD THE SHIFT KEY WHILE YOU ARE RESIZING!!
